Avocado, Tomato and Chili Salsa

Ingredients:
1 avocado, halved and chopped sm. (about 1/4 inch)
4 plum tomatoes, diced
3 green onions, sliced (about 1/3 c.)
1/4 c. chopped cilantro or parsley
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (about 1 tbsp.)
1 tsp. dried, crumbled oregano
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Methods:
Toss avocado, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and oregano in a medium bowl.Add lime juice and olive oil, stirring to coat.Season with salt and pepper.Best if prepared just before serving.
