Caviar with Shallots and Spaghettini Recipe

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup American Caviar
1 1/2 tbsp chives
4 ea Shallots chopped fine
Methods:
In medium skillet, heat the oil with the shallots over moderate heat.As soon as the shallots sizzle, pour them with oil over individual servings of pasta.Top each serving with a dollop of caviar and a sprinkling of chives. Serve over angel hair or spaghettini.
