Ingredients:

1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 pound sharp cheese, grated
Garlic salt, to taste
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt, to taste

Methods:

Beat ingredients together until smooth.Spoon into 4-cup mold and chill.Freeze and remove from mold while frozen (dip in very warm water).Serve as spread for crackers.
