Ingredients:
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 tablespoon flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* Dash of pepper
* 2 cups of milk (the creamier the milk the creamier the sauce)
* 4-8 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
1. Make a mixture of the butter, flour, and salt over heat and stir until bubbling.
2. Remove from heat and add milk while continuing to stir. Return to heat.
3. Chop the cooked eggs and add them to the sauce. Using an apple corer or slicer is very helpful and quick here
4. Stir gently while heating through. When well blended, pour over buttered toast or toasted English muffins and serve hot.
