Parmesan Cheese Crisps Recipe

- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 3/4 teaspoon ground tumeric
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 corn tortillas (6-inch)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- salt
Methods:
First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Then, in a small bowl, combine the butter and the spices. Brush the top of each tortilla with the butter mixture and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and salt.
Next, cut the tortillas into wedges. Place the wedges on a baking sheet and back until crisp (about 10 to 15 minutes).
Once, crisped, take them out of the oven and transfer the chips onto a wire rack to cool. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving or storing.
